Getting email support (contact you)

I want to get in touch (via email) about an issue I'm having, how do I do that?

1. Pulse Customers (FREE)

Go to your dashboard and hit the bottom left email icon and email us directly or, if you'd prefer, message on Facebook. We'll get back to you as soon as we can

2. Expired support

Support is valid for 12 months. Should it have expired, you will need to  extend it for another 12 months.

3. Pre-sales questions

For pre-sales questions about anything Pulse related, get in touch  here. Please use this for pre-sales questions only, any support related queries won't be answered. For that go to your dashboard.

4. Docs

And, remember, all docs are  here should you need help with your Pulse install or setup. The download also includes a demo Pulse project where you can see how we put together the demo site, and go from there.

5. Forums

Our forums are a great source of knowledge, examples and ideas. Search those or post in there for support from the community.

6. Pulse Professionals
